What changes when a process is captured in software
None of the cases below start with technology. They start with a situation you will probably recognise: scattered files, duplicated work and a lack of overview. We show how we tackled it together with the client, what it delivered and what we learned along the way.
Most cases have been anonymised at the client's request: we name the sector, the size and the situation, but no names. Where the client agrees, we show their name and logo. The approach, the figures and the caveats are real.
